Must Have
Bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of experience in client-facing roles, demonstrated ability to engage and present confidently in front of vendors, analytical and operational, highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Autonomous self-starter who stays motivated, manages their own priorities, and delivers results independently, Clear communicator with writing and organizational skills, Resourceful and comfortable operating in evolving, fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
background in sales, sales operations, or related functions preferred, Salesforce, creating slides / presentations a plus, Experience working in or adjacent to the healthcare industry preferred (e. g. , provider systems, payers, care delivery, health tech), Experience working with or building networks is a plus, Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and a desire to do mission-driven work
What You'll Do.
supporting the growth and delivery of Heartbeat Health’s clinical programs
build and manage a national partner network that serves as the operational backbone for these programs
contribute to client-facing work across the customer lifecycle: sales
build and manage the day-to-day operations of a partner network across multiple states and several partners
and negotiate with prospective clinical vendors
help provide context on operational excellence and the value story associated with the broader program
Lead and support implementation tasks and timelines in connection with new partner network launches
Develop reporting and action on key insights to fine-tune and improve partnerships and overall program operations
