What You'll Do.
Establish ongoing procedures to collect and review information
Process bi-weekly payroll
Maintain team member personnel information
Champion the team member on-boarding and welcome orientation process
Maintain training records and ongoing data entry
Partner with the Executive Director and other team leaders
Follow Navion programs and policies for overall quality care
Complete training and independent study programs
Complete state-required training per regulations
