What You'll Do.
Lead campus-based efforts to collect
Resolve past-due student account balances
Coordinate with students
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports
Identify at-risk accounts
Implement proactive recovery strategies
Track and report on collections performance
Provide monthly reporting to senior leadership
Ensure 100% of student collection activities are completed
and collections comply
Own the reconciliation process for aged receivables
and escalate past-due accounts
Collaborate with Financial Aid Office
Ensure integrity of receivables
Initiate third party collections on aged accounts
and track receipt of books
Maintain accurate inventory records
Serve as primary contact for students
Oversee campus cash and check handling procedures
Perform daily reconciliation
Ensure secure storage of cash
Ensure accurate logbook entry
Ensure timely deposits
Ensure full compliance with protocols for cash receipt
Ensure compliance with remote check deposit
Maintain documentation in SIS
Ensure data accuracy in SIS
Support financial literacy initiatives
Provide guidance to students
Complete assigned financial reporting tasks
Complete ad hoc projects
