Reporting directly to the Benelux CEO, this role will be central to improving operational efficiency, streamlining internal workflows, and enhancing the experience of both our clients and internal stakeholders. It is a strategic position that will play an important part in supporting Everience’s development and maintaining its high standards of performance. Key Responsabilites: * Identify and acquire new clients and projects in Belgium, driving the full business development cycle. * Define and execute growth strategies for assigned territories to support sustainable business expansion. * Develop, structure and present commercial proposals and responses to calls for tender. * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing needs analysis, commercial negotiations, contractual elements, timelines and resource allocation. * Support service delivery by monitoring performance, planning activities, ensuring effective tim
