Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field, 2–3 years financial management, budgeting, or accounting experience, Proficiency with spreadsheet software (Excel), Proficiency with enterprise financial systems

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Master of Accountancy (MAcc), or related graduate degree, 4+ years financial experience, Experience in academic institution or performing arts/production environment, Collaborative communication skills, Ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial creative partners
