This individual will work closely with the Department Head to ensure seamless execution of department-wide initiatives, optimize business operations, and drive cross-functional alignment. Leadership Support & Decision-Making: Provide direct support to Department Head by preparing data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and presentations to guide decision-making. Own the day-to-day operations of the company, supporting Department Head in ensuring that teams are effectively executing on their responsibilities.
