What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Extensive experience as Operations Manager, Experience of people management, Experience of health and safety management, Profit and Loss experience, Financial acumen, Knowledge of environmental legislation, Knowledge of health and safety legislation, Managing sizeable workforces (50+ employees), Managing multi skilled workforces, Managing unionised workforces, Delivering continuous improvement, GCSE in English and Maths
Nice to Have
Extensive understanding of the waste industry, CPC qualification, IOSH Certificate or equivalent, Knowledge of the local area, A-Levels or a Degree
