Increase customer pay business
Search for promotions
Search for market opportunities
Incorporate aftermarket initiatives
Support dealers with RIM
Optimize targets for compliance
Promote dealers in marketing plan
Increase customer retention
Share information by dealers
Incorporate customer retention concept
Guide integration of Aftersales
Promote participation in retention initiatives
Promote effective use of BDC
Promote effective use of marketing strategies
Support implementation of standard GMM operation
Support implementation of standard GMM facilities
Ensure staff aftermarket distributors are trained
Ensure staff aftermarket distributors are certified
Represent GMM and its brands
Implement job control
Identify areas to improve profitability
Ensure dealer takes advantage of rebates
Ensure dealer takes advantage of incentives
Develop plans to improve distributor performance
