What You'll Do.

Deliver comprehensive insights into PB COO business operations

Provide regular support on FTE and Headcount related matters

Assist with navigator tasks

Contribute to initiatives led by PB supervision team

Execute organisational updates

Manage creation of job requests within Workday

Collaborate with various teams for approvals

Conduct detailed tracking of FTE

Develop FTE forecasts

Review FTE dashboards

Offer commentary and analysis on FTE

Provide support in creation of job requests

Facilitate onboarding process for TOM project
