Must Have
Barred in CA or Delaware, JD from an accredited law school, admitted to practice and in good standing in California or Delaware, Substantive experience handling commercial / business litigation matters end-to-end, First-chair or significant second-chair experience in matters that reached motion practice, arbitration, hearing, or trial, Excellent judgment, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to distill litigation risk and counsel non-legal stakeholders effectively, Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, Demonstrated ability to manage outside counsel and translate litigation strategy into business outcomes

WHAT YOU’LL DO As a member of the legal staff at Corgi, you will own commercial disputes end-to-end, from pre-litigation strategy through resolution, whether by settlement, arbitration, or trial. You’ll partner directly with leadership and our Head of Legal, drive case strategy on matters that materially affect the company, and build the litigation function as we grow.
