Track borrower good faith deposit funds
Validate booking accuracy
Assist in resolving discrepancies
Communicate with commercial title companies
Clear collateral issues
Review approved credit memos
Ensure post-closing conditions satisfied
Coordinate with internal teams
Coordinate with third parties
Obtain outstanding post-closing documentation
