Role: Business Lead – Special Projects Location: Remote working until further notice A Little Bit About the Role: We are seeking a commercially focused Business Lead to own the relationship and commercial performance of special projects and transformation engagements. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, client leadership and GTM — identifying and driving account growth opportunities, setting strategic roadmaps, and partnering with SMEs and delivery teams to execute transformation across people, process and technology. Key responsibilities — Business Lead Strategic account leadership Partner with the account leadership to build a strategy and long‑term roadmap aligned to client business objectives and Brandtech+ capabilities. Act as a senior client contact and trusted advisor, engaging at executive level to influence strategy and secure outcome‑oriented commitments. Lead governance and stakeholder mapping; manage executive steering, steering committees and sign‑off processes. Commercial stewardship Assist in setting commercial targets working with teams on pricing strategy; approve commercial terms and negotiate high‑value agreements.
