Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Lead strategic account planning by developing long-term roadmaps aligned with client objectives and internal capabilities, ensuring sustained growth and value creation across engagements. Act as a senior client partner, managing executive-level relationships, facilitating governance forums, and influencing key stakeholder decisions. Drive commercial performance by overseeing pipeline development, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue growth initiatives. Lead transformation programs across people, process, and technology, ensuring effective execution of AI-driven and operational improvement initiatives. Identify and convert upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities while contributing to proposals, pitches, and strategic presentations. Coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, product, data, and delivery functions to ensure successful execution of client solutions and outcomes. Monitor performance through KPIs such as revenue growth, margin improvement, AI adoption, and client satisfaction metrics. Requirements: Extensive experience in senior client leadership, business development, or commercial roles within creative, digital, or production-driven environments. Strong commercial acumen with proven experience managing revenue targets, forecasting, and profit margins in complex account structures. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives involving technology, process redesign, and organizational change. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging and influencing C-level executives. Strong analytical and outcome-oriented mindset, with the ability to define KPIs, measure impact, and optimize performance strategies. Experience working in agency or consulting environments with exposure to AI-enabled solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
