What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, analytical and strategic thinking skills, Experience with business intelligence and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI), communication skills, ability to work in multicultural teams
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Agile methods or Scrum is beneficial, Fluent Portuguese and Spanish are an advantage, Willingness to travel within Brazil and internationally

Monitor and analyze sales and market performance across the Latin America region
Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports
Conduct market and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making
and opportunities based on internal and external data
Support strategic planning and regional business development initiatives
Perform desk research and data analysis to support management decisions
