What You'll Achieve.
Transforming complex production and operational data into high-quality decision support; Enabling effective steering and follow-up of production and operations; Strengthening CPU's and Cytiva's analytical maturity
Industry & Context.
Identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities
Residing in Uppsala or the surrounding area with the possibility to work from our Uppsala site on a regular basis
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Relevant academic degree in e.g. technology, IT, statistics, industrial economics, chemical engineering, biotechnology or equivalent experience, Solid experience and strong commitment within Business Intelligence and Data Analysis, Good technical understanding and development experience within Qlik Sense (data modeling, visualization and script), Very good skills in advanced Excel development, Excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written
Nice to Have
Interest in – and preferably practical experience of – AI, machine learning or advanced analysis, Experience with Oracle or SQL scripting is a merit, Experience, interest or understanding of biotechnology or chemical engineering is a merit
What You'll Do.
Responsibility for and further development of Qlik Sense applications
Creating and managing advanced Excel solutions
Driving and supporting initiatives within AI and advanced analysis
Analyzing outcome and forecast data
Contributing to high data quality
transparency and traceability
Developing common working methods and roadmaps for BI and analysis
Acting as an advisory and trust-building partner for the business on data and analysis issues

Working closely with production, planning, finance, quality, and management; Collaborating cross-functionally; Building trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to communicate insights in a clear and business-oriented manner
