Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related, 10+ years of experience in business planning, program management, or strategy roles, Keen insight into automotive industry trends and market hotpots, Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Master preferred, Experience in automotive or technology sectors, Experience with automotive product planning or project management is advantageous
What You'll Do.
Lead the full project lifecycle for BI initiatives
Develop detailed project plans
and ensure projects are delivered on time
and meet customer requirement
and provide regular updates on project status
and milestones to ensure alignment
Lead the design and delivery of BI solutions such as newsletters
benchmarking processes
Ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with existing data infrastructure and adhere to data governance and quality standards
and mitigate project risks and issues
Develop contingency plans to ensure smooth project execution

Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior management; Coordinate and collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and other cross-functional teams in China and global regions
