Full Job Description

**Contract type:** Permanent Bracco is an international Group active in the healthcare sector and a leader in diagnostic imaging. The Group’s main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements. The Business Intelligence Manager plays a key role in driving data-driven decision making across the organization, acting as a strategic partner for senior stakeholders at global and regional level. With a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and solid experience, the role is expected to lead complex analytics and market intelligence projects end-to-end, operating with high autonomy and serving as a role model for analytical rigor, business acumen and collaborative leadership. The position requires the ability to influence without authority, manage demanding stakeholders, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions. # **Key Responsibilities** ## **Strategic Business & Market Intelligence** * Lead advanced business, market and competitive intelligence analyses to support global and regional decision making * Develop and continuously improve insight frameworks, dashboards and analytical tools to monitor performance, trends and risks * Translate complex datasets into clear, concise and actionable recommendations for senior management * Contribute to capability building within the BI team and the broader organization ## **Competitive & Market Intelligence** * Lead competitive intelligence activities, including competitor benchmarking, pipeline analysis, launch scenarios and impact assessment * Support strategic planning processes (e.g. long-term forecasts, business plans, portfolio discussions) ## **Stakeholder Management & Influence** * Act as a trusted partner for all global functions (Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Finance, Medical, Digital, IT, …) and as a reference point for analytical e
