Experience in government or defense contracting, Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting, Knowledge of Air Force depot maintenance processes, logistics, and data systems, Ability to assist in automating depot and logistics workflows, Ability to clearly communicate and simplify complex concepts to executive audiences, Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, Ability to work cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment as a self-starter with a strategic mindset, Secret clearance, Bachelor's degree

Ability to utilize keen relationships to develop and execute business development initiatives and identify opportunities for growth and maintain a robust pipeline, Ability to present insights and recommendations to inform executive decisions through well-structured reports, dashboards, and presentations, Ability to prepare and deliver high-quality written content, including white papers, reports, proposals, and presentations, tailored to senior leadership, Ability to track and maintain project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations, Ability to pay strict attention to detail, Possession of excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills, Possession of excellent organizational and project management skills to research, analyze, and interpret market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry drivers, Possession of excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, PMP or CSM Certification
