As a BIE in this role, you will be a key contributor to enhancing the Inbound efficiency and accurate predictions of our supply chain sourcing inbound operations through business intelligence. Our current focus is on improving overall visibility that Amazon has into incoming inbound freight through improving signal quality as well as signal aggregation. This allows us to orchestrate inbound freight through the supply chain, and improve overall inbound lead times. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights that optimize inbound signals, scheduling, and overall supply chain performance. Key job responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support operations and a diverse portfolio of business intelligence products, tools, and services Create and optimize SQL queries for large-scale data analysis, diving deep into data to analyze root causes and implement simple, long-term solutions Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations that support business decisions and strategic initiatives across Ops teams Partner with business stakeholders and product/tech teams to understand requirements, identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and translate them into technical solutions Conduct in-depth analyses and create comprehensive reports aligned with S-Team and OLT goals to drive company-wide success Implement data quality controls and monitoring systems to ensure data integrity and reliability at scale Develop automat
