Must Have
3+ years analyzing data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, 3+ years developing automated reporting, 3+ years processing large, multi-dimensional datasets, Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, Experience with data modeling, warehousing, building ETL pipelines, Experience using SQL to pull data, Scripting experience (Python) to process data
Nice to Have
Experience developing and presenting recommendations of new metrics, Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, Redshift, Experience in data mining, ETL, Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts

The ideal candidate solves problems creatively, communicates effectively, and can contribute to data products from development to implementation. You will help deliver analytical insights that support reporting and analysis, create tools and data visualizations that help the business understand performance metrics, and build compelling data narratives that showcase our community impact. As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will collaborate within a small, results-oriented team of BIEs and DEs, working alongside Product and Program Managers in an environment that uses agile planning techniques. You are comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences. You proactively learn new technology and techniques to support product and analytical innovation. You will write quality code and work with various stakeholders to implement and support scalable data infrastructure for business intelligence and analysis. You will transform complex data into concise, meaningful, and actionable insights that can be presented to different audiences to help tell the story and impact of Amazon's community work.
