Must Have
1+ years analyzing data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar, Experience building and maintaining basic data artifacts, Experience defining requirements and using data/metrics for business insights

Help optimize how millions of packages move through Amazon's transportation network every day. We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer I (BIE I) to join our Network Design, Planning and Engineering (NDPE) team, where you'll use data to drive visibility, automation, and smarter decision-making across outbound operations. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across various teams, translate business needs into data solutions, and develop tools that enable better visibility, automation, and decision-making. Key job responsibilities - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and support end-to-end business intelligence solutions. - Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that track key business performance metrics. - Build and maintain data pipelines and models using AWS technologies. - Develop and maintain automated reporting to support critical business and operational decisions. - Perform deep-dive analyses on operational performance and business problems, identifying actionable insights and supporting implementation. - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the performance, accuracy, and usability of dashboards and reports. - Analyze historical data to identify trends and provide insights through clear written and verbal communication. - Support the business with ad hoc analyses and visualizations as needed.
