The EMXO PLX Analytics and Science team drives customer satisfaction and business growth by applying analytics and scientific methodologies to optimize the end-to-end customer experience across lifecycle marketing and social commerce. The team supports continuous improvement of programs, enhances marketing effectiveness, and develops innovative products and measurement solutions that help customers discover, engage, and progress throughout their journey with Amazon. We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented individual contributor with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of generating actionable insights and translating data into evidence-based recommendations that inform strategic decisions and business priorities. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while effectively managing multiple priorities. The candidate should demonstrate intellectual curiosity, a passion for innovation, and enthusiasm for leveraging new technologies and methodologies to improve decision-making. Key job responsibilities - Conduct deep dive analyses of business problem statements and formulate conclusions and recommendations to leadership - Share written recommendations and insights for key stakeholders that will help shape organizational strategic decisions and priorities - Contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of BI solutions for complex and ambiguous problems - Simplify and automate reporting, audits, and other data-driven activities - Partner with other BIEs to enhance data infrastructure, data availability, and broad access to customer insights
