Must Have
3+ years of SQL, ETL or Oracle experience, Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools, Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
Nice to Have
Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift, Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets

Build analytics across Leo’s global Customer Service and
Build and manage data infrastructure
Develop and improve analytics products
Unlock self-service insights
Create solutions to continuously measure KPIs
Empower Leo Customer Service and Field Operations with
Understand customer challenges and provide analysis
Own data gathering and manipulation
Own data synthesis and modeling
Own communication of insights and recommendations
Develop key metrics and performance indicators
Measure overall performance
Provide foundation for continuous improvement
Learn and understand Leo’s data resources
Build self-service reporting platforms
Establish automated processes for large scale data analysis
Write high quality queries to retrieve and analyze
Define analytical approaches
Define metrics strategy
Formulate recommendations
Lead efforts to develop data infrastructure
Lead efforts to develop analytical tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals and challenges
Work with software and product teams to source
Develop self-serve analytics tools
