Business Intelligence/Analytics engineer with SQL, and visualization skills (Power BI). -Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) -SSAS Tabular Models This position is a key independent contributor and member of the System Data & Analytics team in Digital. This position is responsible for the full lifecycle engineering of the department's semantic infrastructure. This role requires the exercise of discretion to determine the appropriate modeling strategy—choosing between Import, DirectQuery, or Direct Lake modes—to balance performance with data freshness. The ideal candidate moves fluidly between managing legacy SSAS partitions and architecting modern Microsoft Fabric semantic models using engineering tools like Tabular Editor/ALM Toolkit. This role operates with minimal oversight, defining the governance and security logic for their domain. Technical professional with advanced DAX and SQL and expert in semantic models (SSAS tabular model) and Reporting (Power BI). **Job Description** : **EDUCATION:** _Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma._ * Bachelor's in Applied Statistics, Computer Analytics, Computer or related field **TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:** * 5 years recent relevant experience. **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:** * Advanced knowledge of Power BI and DAX * Advanced Knowledge of SQL * Advanced knowledge of SSAS Tabular Models * Advanced knowledge of database programming and statistics * Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word * Familiar with SSIS and SSRS * Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients, IS team members, management, and executive personnel/staff. * Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts. * Set priorities which accuratel
