What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree (BAS) in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, or a related field, Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis, Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages (e. g. , Python, R, SAS), experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik, Demonstrated ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings to non-technical audiences, Familiarity with VHA systems and data repositories, including CDW and VistA
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Public Health, or related discipline, Experience supporting federal healthcare programs, especially within the Department of Veterans Affairs, Experience with machine learning models and predictive analytics in healthcare settings, Active Public Trust clearance

The primary responsibility of this role is to obtain and analyze data through advanced computerized models and algorithms to inform strategic decision-making and optimize business outcomes for major government infrastructure projects.
