What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years’ experience in a BI, analytics or data analysis role (or equivalent experience), SQL capability with experience working across complex datasets, Ability to translate data into accurate, fit‑for‑purpose visualisations aligned to audience and context, Proven experience designing and delivering intuitive dashboards using BI platforms, analytical judgement, with the ability to independently structure and execute analysis, Clear communication skills, with confidence explaining insights and limitations to non‑technical audiences, attention to detail and commitment to data quality, reliability and governance, Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes with guidance
Nice to Have
Experience working with AI‑enabled tools to support analysis, automation, or decision‑making tasks, Working knowledge of Python, R, Power Query/M, analytics engineering or CI/CD practices, Experience operating in Agile or sprint‑based delivery environments
What You'll Do.
Own and deliver recurring operational and performance reporting using governed

Apply data governance
privacy and access controls consistently when handling sensitive or regulated information
