Full Job Description

Your responsibilities We are looking for someone who turns how EP Equipment runs into numbers people trust. EP Equipment is growing fast. Our commercial pipeline lives in HubSpot, our orders and finance run through Sage, and our stock and ledgers sit in SAP HANA. Your job is to pull them all together into Power BI dashboards that our country MDs and finance directors open every morning. When a number on the dashboard is questioned, you can trace it back to the order, the invoice, and the deal, and explain it. This is a flow-first role, not a tool-first one. We care that you understand how a dealer order becomes a delivered forklift, an invoiced job, and a serviced machine, and that you can make that flow legible in data: The reporting layer: Power BI datasets and dashboards that the commercial and finance teams run on. You are responsible for the model underneath them, not just the visuals on top. One number, one meaning: data reconciled across HubSpot, Sage and SAP HANA so the pipeline, the order book and the ledger tell the same story. CRM data quality in HubSpot: pipeline hygiene, properties and structure clean enough that the reporting on top of it can be trusted. Spreadsheet retirement: if a controller is keeping a workbook the business depends on, you replace it with a governed dashboard. What your team does Your profile You have built Power BI that people actually open every morning, not a deck of charts nobody returns to. You can trace a number from a dashboard back to the order, the invoice and the CRM deal, and explain a discrepancy without waiting for IT. You understand the business flow behind the data (order to cash, after-sales, multi-entity), not just the DAX. You are comfortable sitting across CRM, ERP and BI without needing to own any single one of them. Fluent in German; a good working level of English. On the technical side Power BI : data modelling, DAX and Power Query. You build the datasets, not just the charts. SQL: you can query Sage and SAP
