What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar analytical role, Advanced experience with Power BI, Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, SQL skills, Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments, Ability to translate complex analysis into commercially focused business insights, Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Nice to Have
Experience supporting multi-country or European business operations, Knowledge of Microsoft Purview or data governance frameworks, Experience with Azure Data Services such as Azure SQL, Synapse, or Azure Data Factory, Exposure to predictive analytics, forecasting models, or advanced analytics techniques, Background in manufacturing, wholesale, logistics, or distribution industries, Familiarity with Power Automate and workflow automation tools
