ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance, B.S. or B.A. in a quantitative field, TWO (2) years of relevant professional experience, Intermediate proficiency in Power BI dashboard development, Intermediate proficiency in Excel, communication skills, Ability to manage multi-task projects, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, Ability to work 100% on site
Nice to Have
Experience documenting requirements, creating functional specifications, technical user guides, preparing wireframes/flowcharts, Experience with HR data analytics and reporting, Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities, keen eye for detail, Knowledge and experience working with Power Apps, Power Automate
