You'll build scalable analytics solutions that help prevent customer issues before they arise, enabling faster decision-making across our organization and driving long-term growth. Key job responsibilities - Collaborate with business and product leaders to define key business questions, develop analytics solutions, and translate data into meaningful insights that inform strategic decision-making - Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and dashboards using tools like Amazon QuickSight to provide real-time visibility into business metrics and operational performance - Build and maintain a comprehensive set of operational and business metrics, establishing standardized definitions across the catalog ecosystem and identifying improvement opportunities - Apply analytical techniques and SQL to analyze large datasets, identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and present findings in a clear and effective manner to stakeholders - Partner with software development and engineering teams to implement analytics systems and data structures that support large-scale data analysis while ensuring consistent data quality Note: This role is part of the rekindle program.
