Must Have
BSA degree in a related field, minimum of 5 years of education and experience
Nice to Have
Working experience with Python/R or equivalents analytical tools, Teradata, SQL, Snowflake or equivalent database tools, direct experience applying statistical/analytical tools to solve research/practical problems, Substantial analytical experience in the healthcare industry, Familiarity with medical management or population health programs, understanding of actuarial principles and managed care operations, working knowledge of healthcare data and measurement standards such as ICD10, CPT/HCPCS, MS-DRG, DxCG, PMPM, and utilization per 1,000, Advanced SQL and Excel skills, Ability to present meaningful results to a business audience, participate collaboratively in a team tasked to produce complex analyses on a rigorous schedule, communicate with written and verbal communications skills, present to large multi-disciplinary audiences on a regular basis, Proven ability to design modeling studies, experience with data models, addressing data quality issues in study design, constructing robust and efficient analytical data sets

Executes identification and stratification algorithm
Provides analytic consultation to other business areas
