What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or platform partnerships across APAC markets, Proven experience leading regional or multi-market commercial teams with revenue ownership, strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, Demonstrated success in scaling operations, building market strategies, and driving cross-functional initiatives, Deep understanding of the APAC advertising ecosystem, leadership presence, Experience working in matrixed, international organizations, Business-level fluency in English
Nice to Have
Proficiency in Mandarin or additional Asian languages, Experience working with resellers or media representatives
