- Job Description: Drive the growth of the cash loan business by increasing customer acquisition, optimizing conversion rates, and ensuring sustainable disbursement volume in line with company targets. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and execute initiatives to increase cash loan applications and disbursements. * Monitor and analyze funnel performance to improve conversion rates. * Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. * Collaborate with Marketing, Risks, and Operations to optimize customer journey and reduce drop-offs. * Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly growth performance. * Ensure growth activities comply with internal guidelines and risk policies. ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 2 years experience in business growth, strategy role, or lending industry * Comfortable working with data to analyze performance (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools). * Proven track record of achieving growth targets in previous roles. * Target-oriented with strong execution and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Familiarity with cash loans or lending products is an advantage.
