What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business or a related field, Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors, verbal and written communication skills, Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships and influence healthcare stakeholders, Comfortable using common digital tools (Word, Excel), Willingness to work in a hybrid model, travel regularly within the assigned territory and represent the company professionally
Nice to Have
Proficiency in Marathi or Hindi is an advantage, Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical affairs, or related field roles, Experience planning and delivering local medical or educational events, Ability to analyse market and customer data and translate insight into practical plans, Familiarity with CRM or sales automation systems, organisation, planning and time-management skills, Openness to continuous learning and collaborating across functions
