Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field, Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role, verbal and written communication skills in English, Proven ability to build professional relationships and influence healthcare stakeholders, Comfortable using common digital tools (Word, Excel), Willingness to work in a hybrid model, travel regularly within the assigned territory, and represent the company professionally
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors, Proficiency in Hindi or relevant regional languages, Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical affairs, or related field roles, Experience planning and delivering local medical or educational events, Ability to analyse market and customer data and translate insight into practical plans, Familiarity with CRM or sales automation systems, organisation, planning and time-management skills, Openness to continuous learning and collaborating across functions
