Demonstrates skills in guiding and/or facilitating.** **Responsibilities:** * **Works as change agent and drives Lean and Six Sigma activities as defined in the GBE A3.** * **Applies and deploys Flex Lean Enterprise Values across the entire organization.** * **Leads efforts in eliminating waste and creating value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment.** * **Utilizes Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiates process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process.** * **Drives Yokoten best practices based on the accord timelines.** * **Creates and validates processes/standards based on standard work and BPs.** * **Conducts Industrial Engineering, Lean and Six Sigma training and accelerates the proliferation of Lean Continuous Improvement culture throughout the organization by co-guiding and co-facilitating Lean deployment.** * **Performs assessments of CIMT Operation/Supply chain/Office and drives initiatives to close gaps.** * **Diligently participates in the selection and executions of Lean and Six Sigma projects.** * **For assigned special project/segment/custo
