3 - 5 + years of related industry experience, Continuous Improvement experience, Industrial Engineering experience, electronics manufacturing industry experience, functional, technical skills, customer service attitude, Teamwork participation, detailed expertise in complex functional/technical area, broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas, guide direct projects and business initiatives, Financial skills, research skills, statistical skills, Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, organizational skills, presentation skills
Nice to Have
Green Certification of at least one discipline (Lean, Six Sigma or Industrial Engineering)

Initiate process improvements

Create and validate processes/standards
Drive and Yokoten Best practices
Conduct Industrial Engineering lean and six sigma training
Accelerate proliferation of Lean culture
Guide and facilitate Continues Improvement Lean Deployment
Perform assessment of Continuous Improvement Maturity Tracker
Drive initiatives to close gaps
Participate in selection and executions of lean and six sigma projects
Facilitate Continues Improvement Transformation activities
Comprehend and use Center point portal
Lean & 6 sigma training & Certification
