Primary objectives of position Be an integral part of the Development Team Europe and support the growth of the group in the region by closely working with the hotel investor and development community as well as relevant internal stakeholders. The European Development team represents 8 passionate and enthusiastic developers based across Europe, with key members based in Brussels. Obtain a deeper understanding of different contract types (franchise, management and lease agreement) as well as the commercial underwriting and financial valuation of hotel projects. DURATION : min. 6 months START DATE : September 2026 Projects and Support tasks include : · Conduct due diligence for hotel projects, evaluate their feasibility and prepare financial projections for hotels in the region; · Coordinate with other departments (Revenue Management, Technical, Legal) to develop financial projections and relevant documentation; · Conduct market research and compile business intelligence for the regional markets. · Assist in preparation of internal project approval documentation. · Assist in preparation of presentations and material for investor meetings, conferences and internal committees. · Prepare and keep up-to-date dedicated marketing material and sales documentation for the team. · Ensure relevant databases and internal reporting requirements are re up-to-date including bi-weekly reporting process for the region ## Qualifications
