What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5-8+ years of experience in business development or outbound sales, At least 5 years leading direct sales teams, Track record of hitting or exceeding personal sales targets, Understanding of outbound prospecting and the sales development process, Confident in managing team performance, pipeline health and daily operating rhythm, Excellent communication skills, Organised, proactive and ready to grow into a more senior leadership role

Nice to Have

Experience scaling teams up to around 15+ team members, Experience within a SaaS or marketplace environment, Fluency in English, Greek and Spanish is a bonus

What You'll Do.

Leading a team of Business Development Managers to consistently meet and exceed acquisition targets

Coaching team members on calls

deal progression and outbound outreach strategy

Running effective team routines

including daily stand-ups

pipeline reviews and 1:1s

Supporting pipeline development and managing performance metrics across the funnel

Actively stepping in to support key deals

unblock challenges and drive outcomes

Ensuring the team maintains high-quality outreach and follows best practice processes

onboarding and developing new team members as the team grows
