What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fluent German (written and spoken), Fluent English, Experience leading or coaching sales teams, Background in outbound telesales or SME acquisition, Proven ability to drive revenue and improve conversion rates, Experience coaching call quality and developing sales talent, Data-driven mindset with experience running experiments, High ownership and accountability, Confidence influencing stakeholders across departments, Comfort operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, payments, banking or SME B2B sales is highly desirable
What You'll Do.
