What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, 3–6 years of relevant experience in business development, project development, project management, or energy/infrastructure sectors, Experience in renewable energy (wind, solar, energy storage) or exposure to energy markets and project development processes, Working knowledge of U. S. power markets, including ISO/RTO structures (e.g. , ERCOT, PJM, MISO), and general market dynamics, Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting financial modeling, project valuation, or business case development, Ability to coordinate and contribute effectively within cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, Solid communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to prepare presentations and clearly convey complex concepts, Foundational understanding of commercial agreements and contracts (e.g. , PPAs, land agreements, joint ventures) and exposure to negotiation processes, organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
