## Company: Victor ## ## Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business Development Team at Victor. This role will be based in **Chicago,****Minneapolis, Los Angeles,_or_ Kansas City**. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. In this role, you will be responsible for engagement for all types of Business Development Team partners: retail insurance agencies, wholesalers, MGU, MGA, and Aggregators. Additionally, you will oversee a significant portfolio of potential accounts and ensure a consistent level of agency management activity. To achieve this, you will utilize your existing network of agency partners, and insights obtained through comprehensive research to engage with accounts in Busa specific region or industry. Furthermore, you will aid senior colleagues who specialize in diverse markets and industries, contributing to various stages of the deal process.
