**Business Developpement Specialist** **Position summary** Remote, Based in Germany Territory: EMEA The Business Development Specialist supports the Business Development team in driving revenue growth through lead generation, customer engagement, and proposal development. The role focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, supporting customer interactions, and coordinating internal stakeholders to deliver competitive and accurate commercial proposals. This position is ideal for a commercially driven professional who enjoys working at the intersection of sales, operations, and customer engagement. ## **Key Responsibilities** ### Business Development & Sales Support * Support lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development in the assigned territory * Engage with customers and prospects to understand needs and present company capabilities * Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with strategy * Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity tracking ### Proposals & Commercial Support * Coordinate RFIs, QIFs, quotations, and proposal development * Work with internal teams (operations, project management, client services) to build competitive offers * Support pricing, scope definition, and commercial documentation ### Customer & Internal Coordination * Act as a key commercial interface during early-stage opportunities * Support Business Development team members during absence or travel * Assist with customer onboarding and internal handovers ### Market & Business Insights * Support territory planning through market intelligence and data analysis * Contribute to competitive analysis and market research * Assist with industry events, conferences, and trade shows ### Administrative Support * Ensure CRM accuracy, reporting, and documentation updates * Support compliance with internal processes and commercial governance ## **Qualifications & Experience** * Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Life Sciences, or related field) * 1
