Must Have
2 years’ experience at an insurance brokerage, highly developed computer skills, knowledge of all word processing related software including WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT, interpersonal communication skills to interact with current and prospective clients and markets, organizational skills, sense of urgency, working knowledge of B&B systems, Flexibility to meet the needs of our clients through initiative and integrity

What You'll Do.
Follow up with each lead
Advise on and then quote coverage
Complete the sale of policies
Examines documents to determine risk
Work with Broker to obtain information
Provides full assistance and support
Provides day-to-day account management
Compliance with Quality Control guidelines
Order inspections and handle
See that coding on forms are completed
Foster and improve relationships
Performs other duties
