Must Have

Minimum of 3 years professional in sales, marketing and/or sales operations support, Commitment to excellence, Attention to detail, Organizational skills, Communication skills, Positive attitude, Versatility, Willingness to work within constantly changing priorities, Proven ability to handle multiple projects at the same time while meeting deadlines, Self-motivated / starter with the ability to work independently and inside of a team environment, Experience interacting with external prospects and supporting internal teammates

Nice to Have

Undergraduate degree, Marketing or Business degree

What You'll Do.

Own the prospect journey

Maintain pipeline integrity

Assist with collection and entry of prospective client information

Attach relevant notes

Create service agreements

Create and update business development proposals

Create presentation materials

Provide calendar management

Provide scheduling support

Provide recurring operations support

Provide sales support

Develop ad hoc sales reporting

Attend sales team meetings

Participate in sales team meetings

Coordinate reporting on performance

Coordinate activity reports

Conduct prospect research

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with Business Development team members across the country; Share best practices with the local team; Collaborate with multiple departments for the creation of prospect-facing materials
