Must Have
2-3 years prior sales experience in the real estate domain, Prior experience with CRM software (Close. com), Ability to work in the US time zones, Excellent English, including an understanding of a wide array of idioms (assessed via written, phone, and video tests), Be able to provide and schedule calls with a minimum of 3 references (corporate phone lines only)
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree a plus
What You'll Do.
Contact and qualify cold and warm leads with phone calls
Create and strategically prioritize target account lists
Conduct high-level conversations with contacts at target accounts
Conduct lead follow-up activity based on marketing events and website inquiries
Act as the subject matter expert on a wide range of services
Successfully utilize multiple sales enablement tools simultaneously
Track all activity in a CRM
Work closely with internal teams to develop lead gen programs
Report to KPIs to leadership including calls
