Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Research and identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and high-potential merchants across international markets to generate new business opportunities. Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage and qualify leads. Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring consistent activity and accurate CRM tracking. Schedule discovery meetings and coordinate sales conversations for senior business development and account executives. Engage with prospects to understand their payment needs, business models, and operational challenges. Support the sales cycle by assisting with presentations, proposals, negotiations, and early-stage onboarding activities. Maintain accurate CRM records, update pipeline stages, and ensure proper documentation of all sales interactions. Monitor pipeline performance and report on lead generation activity, conversion rates, and sales progress. Develop and nurture relationships with merchants, enterprise stakeholders, and business owners across multiple industries. Represent the company at industry events, fintech conferences, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to onboarding. Stay up to date with fintech, payment solutions, and merchant services trends to effectively position offerings in the market. Consistently meet or exceed defined KPIs related to outreach, lead generation, and pipeline development. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, SDR, BDR, or account development roles. Proven experience in fintech, payments, financial services, SaaS, banking technology, or related industries with strong financial exposure. Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management.
