We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative, Payer to join our Business Development team. This role would be responsible for developing and executing targeted outreach campaigns to generate qualified opportunities and support broader sales objectives. We are looking for someone who has experience driving top-of-funnel growth to support payer partnership initiatives and wants to bring their talents into a “for purpose” space. To work at Talkspace, you need to be as passionate as we are about our work, and excited to partner with us on delivering quality mental healthcare. This is a remote position with the potential of 5-10% travel requirement. What You’ll Do Pipeline Development Drive lead generation efforts to support overall sales objectives. Develop and execute inbound and outbound prospecting strategies targeting health plans and regional payers. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified payer partnership opportunities. Outbound Outreach & Engagement Initiate and lead targeted outreach to prospective clients through personalized email campaigns, strategic phone calls, and effective social selling techniques. Conduct in-depth research to identify and analyze the unique needs and challenges of prospective payers, market trends, competitive landscapes, and stakeholder structures to inform outreach strategies and engagement plans. Sales Facilitation & Deal Management Facilitate discovery meetings between prospective payer partners and internal stakeholders.
