Our sales team is opening those doors every day. The Role We are hiring for our outbound sales team in Montreal. As a BDR, you will be the first person a prospect ever talks to at MaintainX. Your job is to find the plant managers, maintenance supervisors, and operations leads at industrial companies who have a real problem we can solve, and get them in front of an Account Executive. You will make 70 to 100 outbound calls a day. The reps who succeed here are the ones who treat that number as a floor, not a ceiling.
