What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience, 1+ year in sales management, 3+ years of related sales experience, Demonstrated track record of success in outbound sales activity, including both call and email outreach, Either have a Series 7 or willingness to get a Series 7 within 90 days of joining, Either have a Series 63 or willingness to get a Series 63 within 90 days of joining, Excellent coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills, knowledge of cold outreach strategies (phoneail/social) and modern sales tools (e. g. , HubSpot, Outreach, etc.), Metrics- and process-driven, with organizational and analytical abilities and proficiency in CRM systems, Candidates must be able to pass a fingerprint background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA

interest in finance and technology, Experience selling to wealth managers or experience at a wealth management firm, Experience working as part of a fast-moving team with minimal guidance, Highly comfortable with technology, both personally and professionally, Excellent written and verbal communications, both internally and externally, problem solver and creative, independent thinker, Energetic, positive and charismatic
What You'll Do.
and develop a team of BDRs
Manage business development representatives’ daily activities
Track daily activities using Hubspot
Build and refine outbound prospecting strategies
Provide hands-on coaching
hire and onboard new team members
Set individual and team goals
Partner with marketing on lead generation
Provide summary reports to sales management
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work collaboratively with the Head of Business Development to set strategy and goals; Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, relationship management, and leadership; Partner with marketing on lead generation, scoring, nurturing, content, and outbound campaign support; Provide summary reports to sales management and Flourish leadership
Communication Scope
Skilled communicator, both verbally and in writing; Explaining complex topics in a concise, clear and engaging manner; Excellent written and verbal communications, both internally and externally
